TAKYASH is a mixed-use commercial development designed to accommodate a modern gym facility, restaurant space, and retail stores, including clothing and mobile phone shops.
The project combines structural steel and reinforced concrete to create a durable and visually striking two-story building with clean architectural lines, expansive open spaces, and a minimalist aesthetic. Large glass façades provide exceptional natural lighting throughout the structure, while the elevated steel framework adds character, modernity, and future flexibility for commercial use.
Designed with both functionality and visual identity in mind, TAKYASH offers approximately 840m² per floor across two levels, creating a total construction area of approximately 2520m². The development also integrates practical features such as solar energy systems and dedicated parking facilities, supporting both sustainability and user convenience.
